AllStudentRentals.com was founded in Chico, CA in 2006 by two CSU Chico students with an entrepreneurial vision and a small investment from a friend. Since then, AllStudentRentals.com has grown into the leading provider for off campus housing solutions.

Founded by Jeff Schnepple and Kris Rudeegraap, the company’s initial goal was to create a rental resource that focused on off campus housing for college students. The company plans to continue to grow over the next couple years and extend its grasp on the off campus housing market.
