Living close to campus in college has many advantages. Here is a list of the top 10:

1.) Save gas money, walk to school.

2.) Have fun, live with other college students roommates.

3.) Sleep in way longer than your friend who lives 30 minutes from campus.

4.) Don’t worry about traffic problems or getting angry when you can’t find a parking spot because you live so close you can walk.

5.) If you live close to campus there is a better chance you will actually make it to class.

6.) Your neighbors are probably college students too, go meet them now!

7.) If it’s raining, you get less soggy than your friend who is biking from 20 blocks away.

8.) Apartments close to campus are meant for college students, property managers know this, you may save money on your deposit if you mess-up your place.

9.) If you live close enough to campus you might be able to pick-up the Universities wireless high speed internet for FREE.
